By accessing or using Aboardo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Aboardo is a web-based platform that provides school transportation professionals with tools to create, customize, and distribute safety materials including flyers, posters, and other communication materials.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our Service is intended for use by educational professionals and institutions. You represent that you are authorized to bind your organization to these Terms if you are acting on behalf of an educational institution.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any content you create using our platform, including customized templates and uploaded materials. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tymbal, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our templates are licensed for use by educational institutions for their official school transportation safety communications. Commercial redistribution of templates is prohibited.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
Our Service is designed for educational institutions and complies with applicable educational privacy laws including COPPA and FERPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
In no event shall Tymbal, LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tymbal, LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
